Fluorescent MPI Process Guide

This document provides a guide for using fluorescent MPI (magnetic particle inspection) processes. It outlines the basic steps which are: 1) Prepare the part or area for inspection by cleaning it. 2) Apply magnetic particles using various equipment options like yokes, coils or sprays. 3) Inspect the part or area under UV light to detect any indications. 4) Demagnetize the part by running it through a demagnetizing unit to remove any residual magnetism.
