CARRIER GOAL:

Determined to work in competitive sectors so that I get a chance to prove my capabilities and talents through hard work,
sincerity and dedication as a good Mechanical Engineer and work for an organization where there is an ample scope for
individual as well as organization growth.

EMPLOYER:
 Worked in L&T ECC as a EXECUTIVE-1 in QA&QC department form July2011 to March2016.
 Presently working as Assistant Manager Mechanical in Corporate Ispat Ltd, Saraikala for revival of 2 x500
DRI & 2 x 30 MW power plant playing the role of QC engineer. The plant was kept under shutdown since
2012. Revival activities started from November 2015.

JOB RENPONSIBILITIES:
Employer-1 L&T ECC from 1st July 2011 to 31st March 2016

 Dealing with customers and third party agencies to carry out the inspection in an effective manner and receive
the item dispatch clearance.
 Complete documentation as per customer approved quality assurance protocol.
 Detail stage wise inspection starting from the fabrication and machining stage to item completion.
 Conducting No-Load-Trial run test for various equipments like Surface Miners, Crushers, Feeders and
Screeners.
 Coming in shifts and handling QC related shift activities.
 Coordination with shop floor persons to carry out inspection for inter-shop movement.
 Visiting vendor sites to carry out item inspection as per specification.
 Since my working I have successfully completed various equipments like Crushers, Feeders & Screening along
with its proper trial runs, documentation as per the QAP & customer handling.
 Had undergone training on various aspects of QA&QC such as:
 Quality checking of the grit blasting & painting.
 Raw material inspection with material test certificates.
 Inspection of Consumables items like electrodes, paints etc with batch certificates.
 Inspection of raw material & finished product at vendors place as per design specifications.
 Instrument handling for measuring the vibrations, DFT, Noise level detection, Temperature detection, surface.
 hardness measurement, micrometer, depth & slip gauge, use of Bore Dail Gauge etc.

Employer-2 Corporate Ispat Alloy Limited Saraikala from 1st April 2016 till date.

 Looking after maintenance of CHP and material handling plant.


 Preventive maintenance and breakdown crushers, conveyors and screeners.
 Material Planning and inventory control related to CHP & MHP.
 Manpower Planning and contract handling.
 Checking of structural welding as per FQA along with complete documentation.
 Raw material inspection with material test certificates.
 Quality check of finished product.
 Overhauling of all equipments as per manufacturers guidelines.
 NO-Load and Full load trial run of equipments.
 Creating database and marking the deviations from PG test report.

Educational Qualification:

 B. Tech. (Mechanical) with CGPA 8.06 from UCE Burla, the oldest Govt. Engineering college of Odisha.
 Plus two Science: CHSE Board, Orissa , with 68.1% marks.
 10th Class from ICSE Board with 76.33%.

TRAININGS & WORKSHOPS ATTENDED

 One month Vocational training on familiarization of various cycles, Equipments & processes of power
generation of coal based thermal power plant at NTPC Talcher from 15-5-09 TO 14-6-09. During this period
witnessed Boiler efficiency calculation as per ASME-PTC-04,Plant optimization after renovation.

 One month Vocational training at IIPM on manufacturing and maintenance procedure.

 Three months training on computer language C & C++ at Karox Educational centre in the year 2002.

 Three months training at L&T ECC Bangalore.
