Rules and Regulations
1. Conduct of the students in the classes as well as in the institute premises and elsewhere, should be strictly in accordance with the academic pursuit.
2. Student should take proper care of the academy properties and keep the premises nea t & clean. Cost of dam age done to any of the properties would be duly
recovered from the concern student(s).
3. The student shall be responsible for all personal property carried or brought to the academy of which, no liability whatever would arise for any loss or damage
thereto will be borne by the academy.
4. Smoking, gambling and drinking of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in the premises. Student indulging in them would be subject to disciplinary action.
5. Students need to have a minimum of 75% attenda nce throughout the course.
6. In the event of illness, medical certificates should be forward to the office at the earliest.
7. Change of address should be intimated in written, only by the concerned parent / guardians to the office immediately. No verbal instructions are accepted.
8. Non compliance with any of the rules of the institute may be dealt with punishment like warning f ines or in extreme case, suspension or dismissals of the
students.
9. The academy has the right to change any existing rule and when found necessary.
10. The institute will not be liable for any loss/ damage due to closure or disruption caused by any industrial action, government action, fire, flood, act of God, force
or for any other reason not in the control of the institute.
11. All fees/ fines must be paid on time and receipt should be obtained. Fee once paid will not be refund ed under any circumstances.
12. Non-payments will lead to names being struck off the institute besides the students being debarred from a ttending classes .
13. Fee if paid in later then due date should be paid with fine within seven days from each due date. On the eighth day, it is assumed that the students has discontinued the
course without information.
14. Students can be shifted to any classroom / branch of institute without prior notice.
15. Student who wish to discontinue the course or who are dismissed on disciplinary ground, have to pay the complete fee prescribed for the res t of the period till the
end of the course.
16. All payments should be made by cash, cheque or demand draft. Outstation cheques will not be accepted.
