How To Form The Plural

1. This document discusses how to form plurals in English. It explains that most nouns are made plural by adding -s, but there are exceptions for nouns ending in certain letters like -ch, -sh, -x, -s, -ss, -o. 2. Nouns ending in consonant-y change the y to i and add -es, while those ending in vowel-y just add -s. Nouns ending in -f or -fe typically add -s or change to -ves. 3. There are also irregular plural forms that don't follow typical patterns, such as man/men, mouse/mice, goose/geese.
