Introduction
Nomophobia is a proposed name for the “phobia”
of being out of cellular phone contact . However, it is a arguable
that the word “phobia” is misused and that in the majority of
cases it is another form of anxiety disorder.

From the above it is concluded that the teenagers use mobile phone
mostly on games but on , an average it is also said that it is used by the
teenagers for information and communication nowadays. Thus the male and
the female of teenagers has given the majority ,on information and games
while using mobile phone
