INTRODUCTION:

This report is all about the Risk, Vulnerability, of the building/premises. On how
the security guard doing their duty to safe guard lives and property of the School Campus. That
the students, staffs, visitors have a right to feel safe and secure with the peace of mind that
should a situation arise they have a right security measure and procedures in place to keep
themselves and those around them safe by doing the guard’s duties. Give recommendations to
the chief/head of the security.

Scope:

The On-sites activities of the school premises: As I observed the on-site-activities


need to have a guard who has a capability to do his/her job in extra that they should have a
roving in every 2hours to make sure the activity is going well, and there shouldn’t have any
incident happen.

In Scope:

The following are part of these on-sites activities:

 Interview of the visitors going inside the premises.


 The visitors should Log-in first so that the guard will give them a Gate pass so
that they could enter the premises or watch the on-going activities.

Out of Scope:

The following are not part of these activities:

 Inspecting the building that is not part of the on-going activity.


 Checking the Emergency Plans and Emergency Equipment.

Activities Schedule:

 Murso Festival
 Intramurals
 Graduation
 Acquaintance Party (by department)
 Department Week (by department)
Executive Summary:

As of now the guards doing their duty well, (some) guards using metal detectors,
checking the student’s bag. The children and visitors feel safe to visit the premises.

Background Information:

The Misamis University security situation is not at risk for the students and
visitors to visit in. It is managed well by the security guards and the head/chief of the security.
The building/premises were checked by the guards.
