RLINKT The parameter is set with command RLSSC per cell.

RLINKTAFR The parameter is set with command RLSSC per cell.

RLINKTAHR The parameter is set with command RLSSC per cell.

TIMER3105 This parameter corresponds to the T3105 timer. The parameter is set with
an exchange property per BSC. The recommended value 8 (80 millisecs)gives a high
handover success rate together with a good downlink speech quality. Note that the
parameter NOOFPHYSINFOMSG should also be adjusted when changing TIMER3105 .

RLINKUP is set with command RLLDC per cell.

RLINKUPAFR is set with command RLLDC per cell.

RLINKUPAHR is set with command RLLDC per cell.

NOOFPHYSINFOMSG corresponds to NY1 .The parameter is set with an exchange


property per BSC.The recommended value is eighteen if the recommended value for
TIMER3105 is used.
