QUARTERLY MEETING OF BCPC
MINUTES: SEPTEMBER 10, 2018

Minutes of the quarterly meeting of the Barangay Council of the Protection of Children of
Barangay Mabayuan held on September 10, 2018 at the Barangay Session Hall, Mabayuan,
Olongapo City.

 Invocation and singing of the National Anthem was followed and Himno ng
Olongapo.

 Punong Barangay Edwin M. Esposo was called to order at 1:30pm at the Barangay
Mabayuan, Session Hall.

 The Punong Barangay was greeting all the members and visitors before they start the
meeting.

 AGENDA: CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES

 Feeding program for the indigent-for the month of September to December


 Operation Tuli for the preparation of adulthood

 Mam Marian Fronda suggests continuing supports the feeding program for the
indigents of Mabayuan Elementary School which also supports the Punong Barangay and
the members.

 The Punong Barangay kindly asking the Barangay Secretary for making a request letter
for the Operation Tuli, and the assistance of the Purok leaders for every purok for giving
information especially in the upper area. Ms. Rutherine Coro (nurse) said that they will
prepare the needs for the preparation of operation tuli like gloves, facial mask, alcohol
and other medicine needed. It was shoulder by the barangay.The members was agreed.

 Different suggestion and concerned were also tackled.


 The next meeting was scheduled on December 06, 2018.

 On motion of Ms.Arcelia Mercado duly seconded by Ms. Rutherine Coro, the meeting
was adjourned by the unanimous vote at 3:55pm in the afternoon.
