* The Easy Monthly Instalment is applicable for accepted students commencing their studies on the MAY 2019 cohort.
Suspension or deferment of studies to a later intake will nullify this special payment arrangement. Commencement of
studies means getting accepted, making the first payment and registering on the university on line facility.
**A penalty of USD 50 will be imposed upon payment default
***All charges to be borne by the remitter.

 In the event of Force Majeure, neither Stafford Associates nor its partner Universities shall be liable for any additional
costs which may be incurred by the student.
 In the event that the programme is completed prior the settlement of the course fee, all remaining instalment dues are
required to be paid immediately.
 All financial conditions (programme cost, allowance, rebates, etc.) relate to the intake you have started on and not on the
intake you have applied on.
 Please note that payments are non-refundable nor linked to academic progress. Hence, if the student withdraws at any
point after enrolling on a module and does not complete it, he/she is not eligible for any refund.
 Any present or future government imposed taxes, charges or fees arising under this agreement will be borne by the
student in addition to the course fee.
 All fees are applicable to one module per trimester only. Students who wish to enrol onto more than one module on
each trimester should raise a request as different payment scheme applies.

 Students should notify Stafford 14 days prior the start of the next trimester with their module choice
(Email: [email protected]), otherwise they will NOT be enrolled on the succeeding available modules.
 All of our Partner institutions are fully accredited UK Universities (i.e. have been awarded the Royal Charter and their
quality has been assured by the UK Quality Assurance Agency) and are internationally recognised. Details can be found
on their respective websites and on the UK Government’s website (see https://www.gov.uk/check-a-university-is-
officially-recognised/overview). Please note that in some countries the regulations regarding accreditation and
equalisation of degrees differ. It is the applicant’s responsibility to check with the relevant authorities that the degree
meets their needs. In general, any degree from a UK University that has a Royal Charter can be attested by the relevant
embassy in London.
