Affidavit of and Confirmation of Ownership and Possession
We, Spouses ABELARDO C. ALMARIO and LILIA R. ALMARIO, Filipinos, of legal ages,
and residents of San Vicente, Anahawan, Southern Leyte, Philippines, by these presents, hereby
state:
1. That since 1998 we are the absolute owners in fee simple of three (3) parcels of land
located at Canlabian, Anahawan, Southern Leyte formerly owned by the late Jose S. Grafe, the lone
heir of the late Constancia Grafe, first by pacto de retro and later by absolute sale;
2. That the three (3) parcels of land are still in the name of Petra Bolabola from whom the
late Constancia Grafe acquired the property;
3. That since the time we acquired the property, we enjoy the fruits thereof, paid realty
taxes and exercised all the rights of ownership and possession, including the introduction of
improvements thereon;
4. As above circumstanced, we hereby confirm, attest and affirm that the above three (3)
parcels of land at Canlabian, Anahawan, Southern Leyte are absolutely owned by us, free from all
liens and encumbrances in possession thereof continuously without being disturbed by any adverse
claim over our ownership and possession, and paying taxes therefor;
4. That we are executing this affidavit to confirm, attest and affirm to the truth of the
aforementioned facts for whatever legal purposes it may serve;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto sign this document on this _____ day of
January 2019 at Maasin City, Southern Leyte, Philippines.
BEFORE ME, this _____ day of January 2019, personally appeared Abelardo C. Almario and
Lilia R. Almario, with their respective competent proof of identity indicated above, known to me and
to me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument and they
acknowledged to me that the sa`me is their free act and deed.
This instrument consists of two (2) pages including this page, duly signed by the parties and
their witnesses.
