INSTRUCTIONS
1. Conditions for Admission
a. Between 15 and 17 years on 1st April 2019.
Age:
b. Eligibility: Candidates securing at least 75% marks in SSC Board examination are
eligible. Candidates awaiting SSC Annual result may apply if the institution
concerned certifies that the candidate will secure above 75% marks in SSC Annual
examination.
c. Attested copy of DMC for class 9th must be attached with Application Form. Please
intimate your SSC Board results (DMC) soon after declaration of result.
d. Self Finance Fee. Selected candidates will pay Rs.2 lac (non-refundable) only once at
the time of admission in addition to College normal dues.

2. Dues
a. 1st Term dues (August to December) - Rs. 1,36,000-00
b. Admission Fee (non-refundable) – once only - Rs. 20,000-00
c. Maintenance charges (non-refundable) - Rs. 20,000-00
d. Security (refundable) - Rs. 10,000-00
e. Self-Finance Fee (non-refundable) – once only - Rs. 2,00,000-00

3. Written Test will be held at 1000 hours on 1 May 2019 (Wednesday) at Kohat , Mardan
and Rawalpindi in the following subjects :-
a. Subjects : English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Mathematics
b. Duration : 3 hours
c. Interview / Medical. Date will be intimated later to short listed candidates.

4. Cost of College Prospectus / Application Form is Rs.600/-. Application Form


must be accompanied by Bank Draft for Rs.1600/- as Registration Fee (non-refundable),
drawn on Habib Bank Limited, Cadet College Kohat Branch Account No. 24607000000203
in the name of Principal, Cadet College Kohat.

5. Downloaded Application Form should be submitted alongwith Rs. 2200/- as


Application form plus Registration fee ( Rs.600 + 1600 ).

6. LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FORM: 17 April 2019

7. Legal Guardian of the candidate can only sign/countersign the Application Form in case
the father of candidate is dead. If the father of candidate is serving abroad, he will send a
certificate duly signed by the gazetted Officer of the department in which he is serving and it
must be attached to the Application Form.
