MAIN FUNCTION :-

Implementation of health, Safety & environmental policy of the company, conduct safety inspection on
all projects Secure necessary permit at different activities. Safety supervisor for following job scope.

 Civil Work :- Excavation, fabrication of steel bars; concrete pouring, cheeping, shattering etc.
 Mechanical work:- Welding, cutting, grinding, wrapping coating, piping erection, fabrication of
pipe line etc.

 Collecting injury data man power report, man hours & accident investigation & assure the safety
Performance of the company.
 Implementations of work permit system & monitoring of all civil, fabrication work on the norms
of safety in construction
 Implementations of zero accident activities.
 Involved mechanical inspections, such as ; setup of the job, alignment of the job , visual
inspection of welding.
 Liaise with project engineer and client representative for day to day H S E related activities of
the project / contract.
 Compliance with company’s H S E Management system.
 Accident investigation reporting and preparation of safety statistics as per client requirements.
 Developing & implementing risk control system.
 Conduct safety meetings & records for all information.
 Developing & implementation of Safety Training Programs.
 Co- ordinating safety committee meetings.
 Maintaining & Analyzing Accidet/ incident statistics.
 Ensuring that all records for vehicle & all lifting equipments are maintained updates.
 Responsible for Pre-Job meeting (with Engg. Supervisor) & Job Proper safety inspection.
 Developing strategy to involve workmen in the safety mission through safety competitions
