The land of Domhail Narrator: When the light reflects through a
mirror, an unlikely kingdom will be visible to the human's eye.
Little did they know, the Speculum is an alternate universe.

[People are dancing jollily for 10 seconds]
[BGM: Trumpets]

King: It is my pleasure to celebrate this day with all of you.

The love of my life [wraps one arm around the queen who is
carrying the baby] has gave birth to the most precious treasure
of Speculum. Our daughter will help rise up our nation and live
out the true meaning of purity, honor, charity and valor.
One person from the crowd: For speculum!
Whole crowd: For speculum!
[Resume Dancing]
[BGM: Festival Music]

[CC]
[BG: Night Bedroom]

Narrator: They danced and they sang for Aji that day. But mirrors
can reflect darkness too.

Queen: [Humming]

[Aji falls asleep]

[Riddler goes inside room]

Riddler: Your Highness!

[BGM: Recognizer]

Riddler: I’m sorry to disturb you late at night but, Drakkar’s

army is in front of our palace!

King: Please protect our people. I’m counting on you.

Riddler: It’s been a pleasure serving you, King Holland. All Hail
Speculum!

[Gesture of honor]
[SFX: busy fighting war]
[Queen carries baby Aji]

Queen: I'm sorry Aji

Queen: Everything will be okay
[Riddler enters and strugglers]
Riddler: Get away from me! I.. I can’t control my body
King: Don’t make me do this!
Riddler: I’m Sorry
King: Riddler!
[King hacks Riddler, Riddler drops]

[Drakkar Enters]

Mom: Aji! (3x w/ increasing volume) If you’re not here at the

count of three you’re dead.

[Aji sits in front of a mirror with Mom brushing her hair]

Aji: (Hums the Speculum hum)

[BGM: Speculum Hum]
Mom: What are you humming honey? I've never heard it before.
Aji: I hear it every night in my dreams mommy. [continues
humming]
Mom: [finishes brushing] See? You look like you have a mom now.
Aji: [giggles]
Mom: What so funny?
Aji: That lady has pretty hair too. See?
Mom: Lady? But there's no one there but you and me.
Aji: Mommy can't you see? She's wearing a crown and she looks so
happy to see me.
Mom: Stop it! Get your stuff or you’ll miss the school bus.
Aji: [gets bag, glances at the mirror, waves to the mirror, then
leaves]
[Phone Ringing]
Mom: starts a call with someone] Hello Mars! Yeah I gotta tell
you something… It’s about my daughter… That's the problem. She
seemed normal at first…. What do you think is going on with her?
Yes. Yes. Okay, I understand.

[Mom takes a sit]

[BGM: Day to Night]

[SFX: Bus Honk]

[Aji is walking home happily]

Aji: Mommy, mommy, today I...

[DR. PAYNE and HOSPITAL WORKERS appear]

[BGM: The Wall]

Aji: Mommy, who are they?

Mom: It's alright dear. They're here to make you feel better.
Aji: What? But I feel perfectly fine.
Dr. Payne: Ms. Martha, is this the mirror that started it all?
Mom: Yes, Dr. Payne [nods] and she’s seeing strange things from
it.
Dr. Payne: Okay, dear, what do you see?
Aji: A beautiful woman wearing a crown.. But...there's something
behind her. She's in danger. If we don't do anything, she'll...
Dr. Payne: But there's no one there. No one but you, Aji.
Aji: No...she's there... Look at her, she's going to die if we
don't save her. [runs to the mirror]
[guards restrains Aji]
Dr. Payne: I think I know her condition. She might have
schizophrenia but please contact us if it gets worse.

Narrator: Aji and Martha kept the mirror. But the voices are
getting louder

[AJI walks towards front of stage]

Aji: [starts looking and ripping through wardrobes and shelves

Mom: What are you talking about? What is it?
Aji: [frustrated] I don't know. I had this dream...

Mom: And look at the mess you made! [MARTHA’s hand put on AJI’s
Shoulders]
Aji: Mom! [points to mirror] She's there!

[SFX: Suspense violin]

[runs to the mirror]

Mom: Aji Roberts, that’s enough!

[SFX: Wood Crash]

[AJI gets wounded badly]
[BGM: The Popular Kids (loop)]

Mom: This is the last straw. You need special treatment now.
[starts calling]
[SFX: Phone Ringing]

Hello, Dr. Payne Keelah? She's gotten worse. Please come to our
house immediately.

[AJI is begging at her mom’s feet]

Aji: Mom? Please don't let them take me.
Mom: This is for your own good, Aji.
Aji: Mom! Please!! Call it off!

[HOSPITAL WORKERS enter]

[AJI is dazed and looks around while she is being dragged to her
room]

[CRAZIES are looking at AJI, peeping at their room doors]

[AJI is laid on the bed of strap room]
[When AJI is conscious..she suddenly got up… upon seeing the EVIL
DOCTOR... watching over her]
[She realizes that she is tied down and will struggle a bit]

Dr. Payne: Shhhhh… Calm down Ms. Roberts.

[While PAYNE is patting her head]

Dr. Payne: What do you want me to call you? Is Aji okay..

Aji: Why am I here?
Dr. Payne: You have an extremely rare condition called Alice in
Wonderland Condition in which your body image, space, and time is
distorted.

[DR. PAYNE lifting up the syringe]

Dr. Payne: You need a high dose of Antipsychotics..

[SFX: Psycho]

Meaning you have to take this religiously or else you'll get

worse Don't worry..this will not hurt

[DR. PAYNE bruptly injects syringe]

[SFX: Knife Stab]

Aji: Ahhhhhh!!!!
Dr. Payne: Shhhh….
Voice announcement: You can now proceed to the cafeteria for
lunch

[Aji is released, Payne and Nurse walks away]

[Aji walks hallway]

Jem: Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! Hi! (Repeatedly)

Aji: Hello?
Jem: Hi I'm Jem!!!!! You are??

Jem: Nice meeting you Aji!!!

[While Jem's shaking her hand repeatedly]

of fooooood!
[While she drags Aji]

[Asylum: Cafeteria]

[THE PAIR come across FOUR OTHER CRAZY PEOPLE when the RIDDLER
comes by with a tray of food, he trembles and starts to mumble to
himself, he drops the tray and sits in the corner like a weirdo]

[AJI and JEM took a seat]

Aji: What's wrong with him?
Jem: He’s the Riddler. He mumbles all day for years.
Aji: Feels like he wants to say something.
Jem: Just ignore him….Let’s eat.
[as they start to dig in, a woman comes by with a ragged doll on
her tray]

Poppy: [annoying laugh sudden silence] DID YOU HEAR THAT? [shakes
Aji by the shoulders] I'M ASKING YOU, DID YOU HEAR IT? [Doll
Patient backs away] Mirror mirror on the wall, who is the fairest
one of all? [annoying laugh] Mirror mirror, magic mirror, cursed,
forgotten, lost. [shakes Aji's shoulders] Fiiind it, fiiind it,
fiiiiiind it [wanders away]
Jem: I swear that woman should be locked up, she's always talking
to those creepy dolls.

[as a shaken Aji continues to eat, an old woman walks into the
room]

Gypsy: [clutches a battered ball to her heart]

[sees Aji and approaches her quickly with arms wide open]
You’re the chosen one! You will deliver us from the clutches of
the vile, my dear. Find it, find it...
[Notices Jem giving her an annoyed look]
Gypsy: And you, filthy little serpent, I feel your dark soul
slithering, waiting to swallow your prey. [holds up ball]
[Gypsy Patient turns to Aji]
Gypsy: [Stares intently into the ball and screams] You! You can’t
change destiny!
Jem: [slams the plate in anger] Leave her alone, you're scaring
her!
Gypsy: [hiss] Snake, snake, serpents and snakes! [Gypsy leaves]
Jem: Stay away from Aji, you crazy old hag!

[AJI is silent for the rest of the meal]

[PEE PATIENT enters, walks to the middle in front of stage]
[PEE PATIENT laughs as he pees into a bottle]
[PEE PATIENT runs to the middle of cafeteria]
[GYPSY holds her arms open to accept the blessing]
[PEE PATIENT walks while talking]

Pee patient: Repent now! The end is near! He is coming!

Pee patient: You have all been saved from your sins! In the name
of the father, and of the son, and of the holy spi—

[Stops in front of Jem and screams] [Pee patient spreads the pee
in his bottle like holy water]
[Everyone in chaos; Aji and Jem stands]

Pee patient: You… (Points at Jem) I command you to get away from
this innocent child.
Aji: This is crazy, what is going on over here? Is it like this
everyday?
Jem: No, it's much worse this time.

[PEE PATIENT gets restrained and escorted out of the room]

[AJI and JEM starts to leave, but RIDDLER jumps up and grabs her
dressing gown]

Riddler: [whispers] It’s heeeer! Beware nightmares rejoice! Like

toys, it’s shiniiieeee. Smooth and shinieeee.

[Aji tries to escape but is held tightly in place]

Riddler: Look throooooouuugh iiiiit

[face to face]
[brings face very close to hers]

Aji: [frantic] No, stop!

Jem: Riddler, let go of her!
[OTHER MEN restrain RIDDLER as he keeps trying to lunge toward
AJI]
Riddler: YOUR PAAAAAST! LOOK FOR IT! NOW! NOW! AND DON'T TAKE
ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU! THEY JUST TAKE AWAY YOUR—

[the men hit him with an injection that makes him fall asleep]

Jem: No day is ever the same. Come on, let's go.

[Men with RIDDLER exit, AJI looks shaken, as she looks behind her
shoulder from time to time]
[Walks towards hallway]

Jem: I'm sorry about what happened today. Are you okay?
Aji: I don’t know… I....
Jem: Aji
Aji: mmm?
Jem: Please stay with me?
Aji: Well I...
Jem: That means I finally get to have a friend. And friends never
leave each other behind!

[leaves her room to go have breakfast with Jem]

Jem: Well that's rough. I slept like a baby last night.

[they sat at the table Cafeteria]

Aji: Jem...I've been having nightmares for so long now, and they
all ask me to find something. Even the patients were saying-.
Jem: (cuts off) Didn't I tell you not to listen? All they do is
confuse you.
Aji: But Jem...the voices.... Even Riddler seemed persistent

[As the guards chase her down, AJI gets trapped and gets tackled
by JEM. but suddenly, the RIDDLER comes to wrestle Jem to the
ground and AJI escapes]
[The voices start whispering to her as AJI struggles to remove
her hospital dressing gown]

The portal lies within.

[Makes an escape and runs away from the mental hospital]

[CC]
[Modern Neighborhood, inside house]
[As Aji reaches the house, she finds no one home.]

Aji: Mom? Hello?

[Voices start to whisper to her]

She's not important anymore

[As AJI looks down she sees glittering glass shards on the ground
leading to a wall of the house with shattered, broken mirrors.
One last mirror remains, glowing with a strange light]

[Aji reaches out to touch it]

Aji: Is this it? [hand begins to reach the mirror] Is this really
it? The one I’ve been looking for? It looks so… [hand almost
touching the mirror]…shiny [falls into mirror]
[fades to black]
[CC]

[SPECULUM: Good Kingdom: Abandoned Festival setting?]

[AZRIEL is the guardian of the gate. He's long anticipation for
the chosen one made him sleepy and he's doing his best not to
sleep]
[Suddenly, the portal opens up]
[SFX: Portal Opening Sound]

[Wind blowing] [AZRIEL covers face from the wind]

[AZRIEL thought he was still dreaming]
[He suddenly stands up and welcomes the one who entered as he
regularly does but didn't notice who was it at first]

Azriel: Welcome to Speculum! Home of the Mirus people... Wait…

This can’t be. Nobody entered this portal for years... [yawns]
Aji: This is impossible.

[Aji mind spins around and faints]

Azriel: Miss... miss are you alright? Wait... Haven’t I seen you
bef-
Azriel: My god, you’re the princess! Aren’t you?! But she was
lost for years.

[While observing her face and body, Azriel recognizes a birth

mark]

[Azriel picks her up and carries her to headquarters running]

[Azriel arrives at headquarters. Bursts through the doors]

[PEOPLE will look their way and gasp]

[SFX: Small Murmurs]

[PEOPLE bowing down as AZRIEL is carrying AJI to the center]

[AZRIEL will Gently put down AJI on the center]

Priest: (hands raised) Rise my brothers and sisters, for the gods
have given us a sign. The prophecy is true!

[PEOPLE stand]
[CLOAK PEOPLE will surround Aji]

Priest: After how many years, our princess has finally arrived to
save Speculum from the wickedness of Drakkar!

[BGM: Unholy Wand]

Priest: Let the ceremonial cleansing commence.

[CLOAK PEOPLE begin chant]

[Then suddenly AJI wakes up]

[E-Unholy Wand]

Aji: Who are you? Where am I? What are you-

[BGM: Bosa Lute (Loop)]

Azriel, the long-time guardian of the Speculum gate. I’m the one
who gave you that riddle.
Aji: Princess? Hahaha. I must be dreaming. I’m sure of it.

[PEOPLE takes off cloak]

Priest: We are just trying to cast out the evil spell bound on
you.
Aji: Spell? What spell are you talking about? I’m not under

[The mirror slightly shakes and a mysterious hum escapes from it]

[Aji will cry and hold the mirror..]

yet.
Gypsy: [Casts a spell... murmurs]
Poppy: Be on your guard Agatha...
Gypsy: Guys look away!
Jem: At the count of three, you will all fall asleep..1
Gypsy: [murmurs]
Poppy: Agatha attack!
Jem: 2

[Azriel will attack]

Azriel: (lets out weapon) Ahhh!

Priest: Heavenly father... Protect us from this evil.
Jem: 3. Sleep.

[Everyone falls asleep except Aji]

Jem: [Looks at everyone] Hmp, pathetic. Now where was I, oh yeah.

Jem: Now Aji... Don't be afraid.

[Jem will circle Aji]

Jem: I'm your friend.

Aji: What do you want from me?
Jem: You want to take back Speculum from the power of Drakkar
right?

[Riddler appears and takes Jem]
[Everyone will regain consciousness]

Everyone: [Adlibs] What happen?

Aji: I'm fine. Just tired.
Poppy: What are we going to do next?
Aji: We must plan out our counterattack.
Gypsy: Are you sure about this Princess?
Aji: I'm more than ready. Let's march towards our victory till
death!
Priest: For Speculum!!!!
Everyone: For Speculum!!!

[After a three day journey...they arrived at hell's gate]

[Hell gate]

Aji: Now we are going to commence our plan.

Everyone: Yes your highness.

[Looks at each other, nods in agreement]

[Actors will exit the stage but Aji and Azriel will remain]
[Aji and Azriel enters the ominous large castle thru a secret
entrance. As they enter both felt chills, the surrounding area
has dimmed until Aji can only see her feet and the path]

Azriel: Princess I can't see where we're going.

Aji: Azriel follow my voice, I'm just nearby.

[Silence]
[Azriel captured by goons]

Aji: Azriel, this is not funny. Azriell! Azriell

[Panics, feels someone is following her...runs towards the light]

Aji: What is that light? That must be Azriel!

[Little as she knows Aji has entered the lair of the beast]
[Aji arrives at the light]
[Scratching sounds]

Aji: What was that? (looks around)

[When Aji went closer to the light... she realizes that the light
is being held by a monster]

[Minitaur appears]
Minitaur: (roars)
[Aji tries to step back slowly but falls]
Aji: Ouch! Oh no! He’s getting closer!
Poppy, Gypsy: Princess!
Aji: Guys! You’re here!
Poppy: We came to help
Aji: You guys take it, I’ll head over there.
[Aji leaves the scene]
Poppy: Ready, Agatha?
[Agatha nods head]
Poppy: Go Agatha! Kill the minitaur!
Minitaur: (roars)
[Minitaur and Agatha fight each other]
Poppy: Dodge it’s attack!
[Minitaur loses]
Minitaur: (weak roar) (roars for help)
[Minitaur lays down, like a loser he is]
Payne: Now what do we have here? How can you lose to such
pathetic enemies?
Minitaur: (roars in explanation)
Payne: Shut it! Do I have to do everything? Fine then.
Gypsy: I’ll take this hack. Go on, get out of here!

[Poppy and Agatha nod then leave]

Payne: Do you really think you have what it takes to defeat me?
An old hag who thinks she’s so powerful?
Gypsy: You’d be surprised.

[PAYNE and GYPSY fight]

[PAYNE loses, falls]

[Gypsy unguarded]

Azriel: Gypsy! Behind you!

Gypsy: Wha- (freezes)

[Jem zaps Gypsy]

Azriel: No! (freezes)

[Jem zaps Azriel]

Jem: (slow clap as she enters) I’m surprised.

(turns to MINITAUR and PAYNE) You weaklings! You had one job!
Minitaur and Payne: But, but, but.
Jem: You imbeciles! [uses power to push them away]
Jem: Now where was I? Oh yes, the hag. (turns to Gypsy) I’ll take
care of you once and for all
[Aji arrives]
[Just about when she was about to kill her]
Aji: Stop!
[Jem disappointingly sighs, let’s go of Gypsy and Azriel]
(Gypsy hyperventilates)
(Azriel unconscious)
Gypsy: Azriel, come on get up, we have to get out of here.
(Gyspy trying to wake up Azriel, but it failed)
Gypsy: What am I going to do? I’m going to get help
(Gypsy leaves)
Jem: Well, well, well, isn’t it the princess that just woke from
the wrong side of the bed.
Aji: Let her go.

[Fights Jem, Aji hits her and makes Jem drop her weapon]
[Aji is holding Jem by the collar]

[holds hidden weapon with poison]
Riddler: Drop the weapon or you die
Aji: Riddler?
Jem: You traitor!!!! I always knew that you were the snitch! But
nevertheless
(Azriel wakes up)
Azriel: What happened?
Riddler: (turns to Az) Huh?
Aji: You’re awake!
(Jem noticing Riddler and Aji distracted)
(Jem stabs Riddler in the arm)
(Red shiny confetti)

(Azriel stands and charges towards Jem)
Jem: Op, op, op. (Points dagger at Azriel) Careful with who your
messing with.
(Aji kneeling down before Riddler)

Riddler: It… was nice serving you… your highness
(Ridder dies)
Jem: *Yawns….are you done?
(Aji stands slowly, head down)
[Aji screams]

Azriel: (covers ears) Ahhh!

Aji: THIS IS FOR RIDDLER...THIS IS FOR MY FRIENDS..THIS IS FOR MY
PARENTS...THIS IS FOR SPECULUM!!

anything....Your paren- (While kneeling)
[Jem is stabbed by the evil king]
[Dark Music]
Drakkar: You useless b*tch!!!!!! And you (Point at Aji). I shall
kill you myself…
[Aji sees her bloodied comrades]
Aji: You wretched evil king I swear upon my grave that I will die
with you if I must.
[Epic fight.....]
[Drakkar hits Aji and kicks her]
Drakkar: You do not have the power to defeat me
Aji: So this is the end [Aji thought she already lost]
[Azriel appears and hits the king]
[Drakkar kicks Azriel and grabs Aji out of the ground]
Drakkar: Now I shall continue what I should have done in years
[Crushes Aji with powers]

MENTAL HOSPITAL
Jem: Guards, come quick, the new patient is trying to escape!
Guards will come and hold down Aji.
Nurse: Doctor! She’s at it again.
Doctor: Nurse, get the depressants.
Nurse injects depressant.
Aji will stop resisting and will be out of her sense. (Nakahigh
effect)
Doctor: Take her to the playroom
Guards will bring her to chair at center of the playroom

The patients are playing.
