This document provides guidelines for preparing and submitting papers for the 3rd Global Conference on Computing & Media Technology (2019). Papers should have titles in mixed case, not all uppercase. Author names should use full names. All symbols used must be defined in the abstract. References should not be cited in the abstract. Figures and tables should be cited consecutively in the text and include titles and units. Manuscripts can be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair and must be no more than 5 pages. References should be numbered consecutively within brackets.

Abstract— These instructions give you guidelines for preparing


papers for GCMT conference. Paper titles should be written in References
