Greetings of Peace and Love!

I, the undersigned, Commission on Clergy and Parish Priest of San Salvador del
Mundo Parish, Caraga, Davao Oriental, present to you REV. ERIC LINCOSANAN
BANGCOT and REV. RAPHY MIANO ARMASA, deacons in this Diocese of having good
qualities of personalities and appearances which make them the gifts to the life and
mission of the church. They show competence and dedication in working with us
Diocesan Clergy, with good Christian virtues of becoming the real pastors of God’s flock.
The evaluations are based on my knowledge and consultations to the parishioners
without prejudices or influences of whatsoever.
In truth thereof, I highly recommend REV. ERIC LINCOSANAN BANGCOT and
REV. RAPHY MIANO ARMASA as candidates of ordination to the priesthood, that would
merit solely for the good of the universal church and the salvation of souls.
