Observes correct grammar both in speaking and writing 5. Asks questions with varied techniques 6. Provides varied/appropriate learning strategies 7. Sustains class discussion/interaction 8. Provides enough time for students participation and exercises 9. Keeps majority of students involve in the learning tasks 10. Uses time instruction productively 11. Demonstrates mastery of the lesson 12. Establishes rapport with students 13. Monitor’s students’ progress through appropriate assessment tool B. Expected Students’ Behavior 1. Answers questions in his/her own words 2. Asks questions relevant to the lesson 3. Works within time frame allotted for the activity (individual or group) 4. Participates actively in the learning tasks III. Classroom Management and Discipline (20%) 1. Established satisfactory order in the classroom facilities/structure 2.
