The Ministry is merging two divisions into one by February. This will affect 125 employees total, with 100 from the larger division and 25 from the smaller division. The smaller division will have to move offices, learn new processes, and report to a new Assistant Deputy Minister, as well as receive training on services provided by the Marketing Communications Unit. Over the coming months, employees from both divisions will be introduced, trained on each other's work, and encouraged to share ideas to help the transition and create an efficient shared work environment.
