Stands in my name in the official record. All of the actions mentioned above should be considered as if

done by me personally to receive full consideration, Sales Price, Rent, Lease money etc. and grant

receipt under his own signatures in my name and on my behalf. To appoint any Special Attorney or

Mukhtar. To engage any advocate, Barrister etc. for performance of any of the functions given by virtue

of this General Power of Attorney. To file any suit, appeal, review petition etc. in all the courts

concerned in my name and on my behalf, and to appear and defend me in all kinds of cases, appeals,

revision or review petitions in all courts, subordinate or appellate, in respect of the said property. To

represent me in any Offices, Departments etc (such as Cantonment Board, Electricity, Water Supply, Us

Gas, Telephone etc) and to sign and submit any application, affidavit, statement, etc. in my name and on

my behalf. All the acts, deeds, matters and things done by the said General Attorney in respect of the

aforestated plot of land and the house constructed over it shall be constructed as having been done by me

personally and I do hereby agree to ratify and confirm the same.
