● One of the great things about GaleNET is you can browse several different way. ● You can browse by topic ○ Featured Topics ○ Biography, Business and Economics, Geography, Government, History, Literature and the Arts, Science and Health, Social Issues, Sports, World Cultures and Religion Search Options-Topic ● Type in topic you wish to search ● The click the type of resource you would like to view Search Options-Curriculum Standards ● Curriculum Standards ○ Pick National or State Standards ■ Click Georgia, then Standards of Excellence for the subject you would like to search ■ Pick grade level ■ Pick Domain/Strand, and then Standard ■ Click the blue link that you would like to explore Search Options-ADVANCED

by Lexile level ● You can use dates, document types, or content type as well Tool Time!! ● Highlights and Notes ○ Highlight text, then a highlight/note box will appear ○ Pick your color or type your note But WAIT...there’s MORE.. ● Click send to Google Drive ○ It will appear WITH highlights and notes in your google drive Tool Time!! ● Google Classroom ○ Log in to your desired Classroom ○ Choose action (assignment, announcement, etc) ○ Title ○ Now students can go to your Classroom and get directed to the resource(s) you assigned.
