• RF Planning and Optimization Engineer with 3 years of experience in
telecommunication industry (worked for idea in Lt supercom India prvt& ltd

ROLE : RF ENGINEER

Project Scope:At Lt Supercominidiaprvt ltd I am working for WCDMA and LTE


project. The project included performing site survey, call drops , site planning,
nominal cell planning, frequency planning, Cell Design Database (CDD) preparation,
performance monitoring of upcoming sites, daily KPI monitoring, guiding survey
team, site verification, Acceptance testing etc. I supervised a team of 5
performance engineers who provided comprehensive RF support in terms of RF
planning, optimization & performance engineering. Apart from performing the
above mentioned activities I also coordinated with the clients to discuss various
network related, quality and coverage and cal drop related issues.

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Independently planned list of sites in hyderabad
• Planning of IBS (In building Solution) for major corporate houses like Taj Hotel,
Grand Hotel & Joy Alukas Jewelers etc.
• Preparation of MapInfo& Google earth files for the planning & Optimization
purpose.
• Physical survey & Validation of difficult sites and proposing solution for it.
• Frequency (BCCH, TCH, HSN, MAIO) and neighbor planning for all six cities.
• Antenna selection for the new and existing sites.
• Pre& Post drive test of new on air sites and post processing of log files to
generate coverage & Quality plots. Neighbor list tuning.
• Performed day to day analysis of N/W problems and performed trouble shooting.
• Planned TRX for the existing network and new sites.
• Drive testing using , TEMS 15.1 and 17th Version and NEMO and XCAL
• Prepared and updated the hyderabad Site database on a regular basis.
• Performed optimization on soft parameters for improvements on KPI.
• Work on performance monitoring & network health statistics for optimization.

• Preparation of Cell design Database (CDD) of new as well as old sites on daily
