This Suit is coming on this day for final hearing before me in the presence
of Thiru.D.Hari Advocate for the plaintiff, and of Thiru.R.Arumugha
Perumal Advocate for the 1, 5, 6th defendants, Thiru.S.Vijayaraghavan
Advocate for the 3rd defendant, Thiru.K.Subakaravel Advocate for the 4 th
defendant , IA petition is dismissed and this Court delivered the following:-
JUDGMENT
This Suit is filed to pass a decree the title and possession of plaintiff over
the plaint scheduled property. Decree for permanent injunction restraining the
defendants or anybody claiming under them from disturbing or in any way
interfering in any manner with the title and possession of the plaintiff over the
plaint scheduled property 2nd and 3rd defendants in favour of 4th defendant is null
and void and is not binding on the plaintiff or plaint scheduled property and
decree for recovery of costs of the suit.
IA.365/2013 is dismissed. Suit abated.
