50mm spacers across at 600 mm centres :-

C Extra over 1200mm x 600mm x 3.2mm thick for 1 No.


forming 600 mm x 600 mm ceiling manhole including
additional timber framing.

Wrot pressure treated Group "C" timber as described in:-

D 25 mm x 12 mm Beading to ceiling board. 94 M

Painting

Prepare and apply one coat "ICI" primer sealer and two coats
of "ICI" emulsion paint or approved equivalent on:-

E Plastered soffits and sides and soffit of beams. 10 M2

F Soffits of asbestos-free cement sheet ceiling. 31 M2

Knot, prime, stop and apply one "ICI" primer, two undercoats
and one coats of "ICI" gloss enamel paint or approved
equivalent on woodwork:-

G Surfaces of beadings, not exceeding 150 mm girth. 94 M
