I. Description of the Business 


JustInCase  is  a  new  production  of  technical  and  multipurpose 
ID  case.  This  product  is  composed  of  different  components  that  will 
surely  help the netizens, mostly students and IT employees. JustInCase 
has  a  Power  Bank  that  doesn’t  have  high  mAh  of  battery  but  can  be 
used  if  the  customer  is  in  need  of  battery  for  his/her  gadget/s. 
JustInCase  also  have  a  Flash  Drive  that  can be very useful for students 
for  their  storage  of  files,  an  MP3  player  for  the  entertainment and also 
a  Recorder  when  the  student  needs  to  record  a  lecture  from  his/her 
class.  
 
II. Description and Analysis of the Industry 

 
Baguio  City  is  one  of  the  tourist  destination  in  the  Philippines. 
When  some  Events/Fest  or  long  holiday  occurred.  Traffic  is  the  most 
common  problem  in  the  city.  Mostly  Student  and  Workers  is  the 
affected  in  traffic.  Long  Lines  in  Terminal  that  you  need  mostly  an 
hour just to board in jeepneys not yet included the time you reach your 
destination.  (our  company)  creating  a  product  that  has  a  multiple 
purpose just to aid those who suffers from traffic. we put a power bank 
in  ID  holder  that  when  your  phone  running  out  of  charge  and  a  Mp3 
player  just  to  make  the  user  Calm  in  heavy  traffic  and  long  line  in 
terminal. 

III. Marketing Plan 


a. Target Market 
● School/Universities-this  would  be  our  main  target  market, 
from secondary to tertiary schools. 
● IT  Companies-the  secondary  target  market,  because  they 
really  need  Flash  Drive  and  Power  bank  for  storage  of  files 
and battery of their devices. 
● Telecommunication  Companies- succeeding target market of 
this  production,  because  they  usually  wear  ID  and  they also 
need power bank and MP3 player for late night work. 
● Bank  Companies-  least  percentage  of  target  market,  because 
they just usually wear ID for their works.

Product Strategy 
The  roadmap  of  Just-In-Case  production  is  to  follow 
the  vision,  goals  and  initiatives  of  this company. We are examining 
and  creating  evaluation  for  durability,  stability  and  accessibility  of 
our product.  
 
Pricing Strategy 
First  of  all,  we  calculate  the  costs  we  spent  in  this 
production.  In  calculating  the production cost, we are going to sum 
up  all  the  product  produced  divided  by  the  effort  of 
work/materials  spent  for  producing  these  products.Then  we’ll 
create  an  estimation  of  the  demand  curve,  if  the  demand  in 
different prices(low/high) are moderate, high or low sales. 
We  will  also  analyze  the  competitors  prices,  to  ensure  that 
we  are  continually  competitive.We’ll  be  also  basing  in  our  direct 
and  indirect  competitors  price  range,  because if our product’s price 
is  too  higher/lower  than  them  ,  then  the  competition  will  be 
uneven. 
Promotion Strategy 
Advertising  online  would  be  our  main  strategy  to 
promote  our  product,  because  netizens  will  surely  encounter  and 
will be astonished on what our products are doing.

✓ Strengths
  The  strength  of  our  product  is  the  fact  that  it  is  very  functional  for 
our  customers.  It  is  unique,  multipurpose  and  very  convenient  to 
use.  It  has  a  power  bank,  flash  drive,  audio  recorder  and  mp3 
player  for  entertainment  use  and  need  of  the  students  or  office 
workers.  Just-in-case  is  of  course  a new innovation that can be very 
helpful to our customers.

● Millenials  are  always  prying  about  the  new  trends,  and  it  is 
one  of the reasons to trigger them to buy our unique product 
which  is  not  yet  in  the  market  and  can  tend  to  their  daily 
needs.

● Customers  might  change  their  preferences  when  it  comes  to 
design  and  needs  to  our  product.  Someday  they  might 
discover new and better products, so we should improve our 
product from time to time.  
 
 
g. Long Range Plans 
Long-range  business  goals  make  business  teams  and 
individuals  accountable  for  moving  forward  a  company's  mission 
and  vision.  The  mission  statement  articulates  the  purpose  for  the 
organization's  existence.  We  will  be  seeking  what  the  customers’ 
needs  and  wants  for the features of the device, then we’ll try to add 
those  features  into  our  product.  Our  key  for  our  long  range 
production  is  following  the  trend  and  makes  our  customers  more 
convenient. 
IV. Operational Plan 
a. Capacity  –  ​considering  during  the  1st  year  estimate  capacity  of 
production should be 500 pcs or more.
