Strike Flow Chart On Ground of Collective Bargaining Deadlock (CBD)

The document outlines two flow charts for calling a strike due to collective bargaining deadlock or unfair labor practices by an employer. The first chart shows that if collective bargaining reaches a deadlock, union members can vote on a strike which requires majority approval. If approved, a notice is filed and a 30 day cooling off period begins. The second chart shows if an employer commits unfair labor practices, the union can also call a strike vote which if approved enters a 15 day cooling off period before commencing the strike. Both processes involve filing notices and going through mediation before workers can legally strike.
