Laptop Battery Request Letter

The teacher is requesting approval to replace the battery in his personal laptop. Madam;

First of all, I would like to thank you for the support and positive response in our recent request
of acquiring microphone stand, speaker wires, audio cables and other tools for the sound system. The
sound system has been a great help and useful to our school especially on different occasions and
conducting various school activities.

My personal laptop also been my companion and tool for accomplishing the duty as sound system
operator and maintenance. The laptop has been used more often as an auxiliary tool in school’s sound
system as a music player since 2016 during numerous school activities and programs like Flag Ceremony,
Wellness, Teacher’s day, Culminating activity, Intramurals, Christmas Party, Camp, Linggo ng Wika,
Induction, SOSA, etc. It is also been used in LIS(Learning Information System), EHRIS and EBEIS.

I would like to inform you that the laptop battery has been drained and cannot hold any electric
charge anymore now unless plugged-in directly.

In this regard I would like to seek help and support if possible for the replacement of the Laptop
battery to further sustain its usefulness in sound system, LIS, EHRIS, eSAT and other future computer-
related work in our school.
