Day 1: 1 hour
Circle of Foods
1) In a circle, the first child begins "My name is ____, and my favorite food is ____." The next
person in the circle then has to introduce herself or himself and the previous person to see
whether they have been listening. The activity builds as each child takes a turn!
2) 3 = Jump!
You can say the directions as you want, for example: 3, 1 ,2 or 2, 1, 3, etc.
Students just have to do what it is expected.
You can also use letters instead of numbers, or use animals, shapes or colors and you can
change the directions.
For instance, red = hop, blue = run, green = stop. In this way you can notice what they
already know and you can lead them into a 'following directions' routine.
3) 1 to 10
On the board , write 10 words (one , two … ten ) with the letters jumbled . pairs work as fast as they
can to find the words and spell them correctly .
Day 2: 1 hour
Divie Learners into group of three to four .make sure each group has empty table to work on .
Ask each group to put together these objects from the classroom : pencils , rubber , ruler ,a book ,
bag and pen .
Ask children to listen to the instructions and put these things in the right place .

Instruction:
Make a bang box. Put the vocabulary flash cards you want students to practice into box (30 to 40
words).
Add about 5 flashcards that say “ BOOM !”. Make 8 to 10 students to sit in a circle and pass the
boom box . The students take turns to pull the card from the box . Student pulls the card from the
box and a student will have a look at the word quietly for 2 secs and closes the card. Then student
should say the spelling of the word loudly to the circle .If he /she spells it correctly the student can
take the flashcard but if he/she spells it wrongly then a student should drop the flashcard into boom
box .
If student pull the “boom”card then he misses the chance and they must put all their cards back into
the box.
Note : Never ending game . It was a hit game when I played with previous batch .
Activity 3: 1 to 10 10 mins
On the board , write 10 words (one , two … ten ) with the letters jumbled . pairs work as fast as they
can to find the words and spell them correctly .
Instruction – The class is divided in small groups and cards are placed face down on a desk .The
teacher selects a card , reads the questions aloud and all the groups must find a correct answer for
that question within a time limit (they must write on a piece of paper ). When the time is finished .all
the groups say their answers in turns and answers with correct spelling get a point . The group
getting more points is the winner .

Day 3: 1 hour
Topic : My Food
Objective :
Main Grammar : I eat /she eats ,he eats /be form /articles a, an /would you like to..?
Put a selection of classroom objects like pencils, box, water bottle, rubber, ruler, cp, charts etc into
a bag .Put your hand into the bag and hold each mystery object in turn. Learners guess what you are
holding , using language , ask: What’s this ? learners answer : is it a …? Use short answers to reply to
their answers: yes , it is . No , it isn’t.

After Watching the video ask : who are the characters and characters name ?
c)Now , Learners will have a look at this pictures from educom and writes the correct food in
appropriate column (Fruits , vegetables , drinks and diary products )
Here are some pictures about food and drink. Just give a look: 30 mins
Display the worksheet in educom:
Learners now draw three items of their favourite food in their note and write the word under each
picture .(colour the picture )
In pairs , learners then talk about the food and say : I like … but I don’t like …..
Note : Food items and drinks in starters are apple ,carrot , chicken , coconut , orange , potato ,
sausages and watermelon ,juice ,lemonade, milk and water .
d)Ask Students to complete the three sentences with the food they eat at different meals . 20 mins
Ask three or four learners what their partners eat for breakfast ,lunch and dinner .
Day 4 :1 hour
Write on the board : would you like to have lunch with me ? yes , please ! No , thank you !
Teach verbs like go swimming ,fishing ,driving etc and practice asking and answering one question in
open class. For ex; would you like to play football with me ? point to the yes,please ! no,thank you!

Have all Ss sit in a circle. Use a plastic apple or soft ball and toss it to one S. But you must say one
fruit word as you pass. The S then throws to another S and says a different fruit. If the student you
threw it to drops it, he/she is out. And the game keeps going until you have one winner.

Day 5 : 1 hour
My Restaurant 60 mins
In small groups , learners choose a name for a restaurant. They draw plates of food or ask students
to bring the cut out pictures from magazine to create a picture menu .they list four to six different
lunches and desserts . they might add prices too .
Groups could role play waiters and customers and practice the use of would you like ….? Yes,please .
no , thank you .
Give practice on I’d like …. , they could order their lunch , saying ,for ex: I’d like some chips ,please .
Day 6 : Animals
Objective : To train the students on vocabulary and simple phrases with song and activities
Word List :
Zoo animal, crocodile, elephant, giraffe, hippo, lizard, monkey, snake, spider, tiger,
zoo Actions go, jump, look, say, sleep, swim, wow!
Instructions – Divide the class into three teams and have them choose a name for their team. Team
A reads the first statement of a card and waits for team B to make a guess. If their guess is correct,
they'll get 200 points and if it is not correct team A reads the second statement, and then the third
or the forth statement. Then team B challenges team C and later team C challenges team A

Instruction : 15 mins
whisper a sentence about the above picture either true or false ,to
the student at the back of the line and tell them to pass it on – to
whisper to the student in front of them. The sentence continues
down the line to the front where it must be said aloud by the last
student, who also looks at the scene and says yes or no depending on
whether the sentence about the picture is true or false.

Instruction : Ask students to read the story and write the correct
