Adrian has a good rapport with the students and treats them well.

Adrian has used google classroom to assign a writing assignment. He has also used power points to introduce various math lessons to teach new concepts and to review. He has used technology to show short video clips on various
topics.

Adrian is very flexible and a team player. He shows professionalism in his dress, language and behavior. He comes prepared with the necessary materials to teach and is very good at engaging the students.

Adrian has a good rapport with the students and because of that it has a positive impact on their learning. The pre-assessments he administers gives him a good understanding of what needs to be taught. He follows up the lessons with
the post-assessment to clearly show student understanding and then follow up with a reteach of the concept with those students who are struggling.
