This article is focused on the chemistry of a Quarterback can have on a team if it can be
either good or bad and it focuses on the Steelers quarterback Big Ben for the 2018 season. Also
it gives different perspectives from numerous of players and they share their point of view on
how there is always issues that he has with his team and many complaints throughout his life in
Pittsburgh. They are saying all sorts of bad things like he misses practice and practically is a
selfish individual who does whatever he wants. Also it states he is a bad teammate and a bad
leader in general. What we see and what the players in coaches see is way different and for the
fans it is a bad sign that he does these things but I thin he is getting older and he already has
done alot for the team so I think he thinks that he is not obligated to certain things and I can see

This article focuses on the hype of trading on how it is always hyped up about big time
players getting traded to form these super teams that it usually is just all talk and most trades
are not interesting or do not live up to the hype. Also breaks down the basics of football itself
such as the schemes and how certain schemes that offenses run dictates the type of player
they want so it can get a bit picky and overwhelming for a team because of how people can get
so caught up on the talent of the player but forget the different systems that teams run in that
helps that person succeed at what they do. Lastly it talks about the financial pains like in many
cases a contract will be set in stone but a new teams picks that player up so now the new team
has to pick up what is left from the other contact and there can also be additional terms and
conditions outside the contract that the new team has to follow. It just gets very long and a
hassle that why trades are considered dull. I really like because all the time big stars join these
teams or they are supposed to join but money is an issue or something like that so I find it cool
Authors name: John Clayton, Title: Chemistry Matters in NFL locker rooms
This article is about how the chemistry in a locker room is affected after trades & How
players feel. In the beginning it focuses on teams chemistry that have been well-known for
winning championships and super bowls and debates about if 4 or 5 players will ultimately
dominate roughly about 30 or 40%. So he talks about how every team has their main star
players while everyone else is still as important but not really at the same time. Mostly the other
guys are role players and the NFL can’t please everyone so some people have to be valued
slightly less compared to the stars and other role players. Also the article informs us about how
past teams who had lots of money but did not succeed winning wise and other teams who just
had the bare minimum but still ended up winning big. It tells us how important chemistry is for
those teams because everyone was all together and did not let the egos interfere with what the
team needed to do. I like this article it tells me a lot of how different players feel with people who
have big contracts on the team and for people who had the smallest and how they all worked
