1. If the number of errors exceeds more than 2 in a page, the page is to be considered as cancelled.
The User has to achieve minimum Rs.3,000/- from the current project to get Bonus.
 2. Candidate has to achieve minimum 25 correct pages AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICES will
provide next Assignment.
3. If the candidate achieves below 25 correct pages, contract would be terminated. Once the project
is delivered is not return back.
4. AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICESs will not be responsible for the work not being completed
by the Candidate/User because of any kind of technical failure, like hard disk crash etc. of the
computer on which the USER is working.
5. AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICESs will provide only one password against on serial number..
AFTER SUBMISSION OF PROJECT, ERROR REPORT, PAYMENT AND NEXT PROJECT (IF SUCCEED)
WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 4-7 WORKING DAYS.

TERMS & CONDITION

For undertaking Data Typing/Editing job work

(To be understood & signed by the USER)

1. Everybody willing to take up the Data typing/Editing work project from AMAZEMENT ONLINE
SERVICES should make sure that he/she is capable enough to accomplish the task successfully. The
person undertaking the work project will be called the USER.
2. For taking up the project, the USER has to purchase the software paying sign up amount of Rs.3600rs
including gst.
3. The work project will consist of ONE assignment, each to be completed in 10 days of time, i.e. the USER
will be having 10 days to work on one Assignment including the day of receipt if password that will be
taken within 24 hrs. of GOOGLE DRIVE receiving date, but The user can not continues the project after
10 days night (at 12.00 a.m.), otherwise it will be considered as cancel. The completed Assignment will
have to be submitted on the 11th day of starting.
4. Each Assignment will consist of 200 scanned images from Medical books or pages, which will have to be
typed / edited manually by the User. Each page will be connecting 50-60 lines, approx 800 Words. There
will not be any diagram, pictures or tables but only text will have to be typed. No formatting of the text
being typed will be required. The only thing to be taken care of will be the ACCURACY of the text being
typed.

5. The USER should strictly stick to the following in order to maintain the ACCURACY of
the matter being typed.
✓ The spelling should be exactly the same as those are in the scanned files. Sometimes the
spellings may be wrong in the original scanned files also. But they need not considered as
errors. The USER is supposed to type exactly as per the scanned file.
✓ The punctuations should be at their respective places as per the image file. Numerical mistakes
will also be counted as errors.
✓ There should be no missing/ extra or duplicate text. They will be counted as many errors as the
number of characters therein.
✓ There should not be mismatch of the upper or lowercase (small/ capital letter). It should be
typed in the same case as it is in the scanned file.
✓ The character count in one line of the image file and that of a file being typed should not differ.
✓ The USER should keep changing the line and paragraph by pressing ‘ENTER’ once or twice
as seen in the image file. Otherwise it will be considered as many errors as the number of
characters there in.
✓ Typing should be start from the very first column and line without leaving any space. THE
SPACER BAR SHOULD NOT BE PRESSED AT THE STARTING OR END OF A LINE.
Otherwise it will be considered as an error.
✓ There should be a single SPACE as seen in the image file

6. The errors left by the user, if any, will be shown to him/her highlighted in red color.
7. The USER will be provided with the errors sheet within 10 working days of previous submitted
Assignment. The USER will be dispatched the payment by cheque/NEFT for the same.
8. No communication by the User in this regard will be entertained. At any level it is kindly informed
that the user have be polite while communication. No misbehave will be tolerated.
9. The USER will be required to submit fully completed page serially. One PC’s work cannot be
shared with another PC.
10. AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICES will not be responsible for the work not being completed
by the USER because of any kind of technical failure, like hard disk crash etc. of the computer on
which the USER is working.
11. As per our privacy, the User should be sure that his/her identity would not disclosed to anyone or
anywhere for any purpose whatsoever.
12. Authenticate Key is issued only once in one against one User ID & Password.
13. The work will be discontinued and processing fess forfeited on the occurrence of any of the
following:
➢ In case user does not work on the project seriously, sincerely, timely terms of the project and
as per the specified accuracy parameters, the processing fees will not be refunded and deposit
forfeited by AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICES for substandard performance.
➢ The assignment is not completed by the USER within the stipulated time Frame of 10 days.
➢ The USER discontinues the project on his own for any purpose whatsoever.
➢ The work is sub-contract by the USER. The USER has used some unauthenticated means,
other than Manual Typing, or indulged in breaking through.
➢ The project / assignment is password protected. It will be on the sole Discretion of
AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICES to decide if the user has used some unauthenticated
means or broken through the password protected structures of the program. It will not be
practically possible to give the user any proof of such an act having been committed by him /
her thus any such conclusion extracted by our technical team will be final and not
challengeable.
➢ The completed assignment to be submitted on 11th day. If the user do not submit the project on
the 11th day, than the assignment will be treated as canceled.
➢ if the user unable to complete the project correctly or if i am unable to achieve minimum
submission 25 correct pages then project will be cancelled.
Technical Guidelines to be followed by the USER
➢ Starting and ending no space.
➢ Same spelling typing.
➢ Between two words single space.
➢ Always starting from left alignments.
➢ Each and every file must be saved.
➢ Don’t format like bold, italic, superscript, subscript etc.
Don’t have to type totally blurred word/paragraph in the Image file.
If the candidates want any gap or duration for the next assignments he/she have full right to take the
gap for the next assignment. He/she have to inform while taking the leave or gap to the company.
***Technical information

Company provides its own software which will be installed in the user system to work offline. Only one software
work on one pc. To activate the software one authentication code is needed. One code is provided for one project
only. Without permission no user have to reinstall the software. We do not take the responsibility of your system.

AGREEMENT FOR VALID CONSIDERATION

This agreement is made between 1st and 2nd parties of DATA TYPING for valid consideration.
Whereas AMAZEMENT ONLINE SERVICES is considered 1st party.

AND WHEREAS I PARMOD SAINI having considered 2nd party undertakes to perform the
following mode of works DATA TYPING at my own risk within time limit as I have gone through
the rules and regulation framed by 1st party without raising any objection whatsoever from the 1st
party, after going through the same .
