MASTER OF ARTS IN NURSING OBJECTIVES


The Masters of Arts in Nursing program aims to:
1. Provide graduate students with advance leadership skills to shape and
implement change in nursing practice and education systems.
2. Translate research into practice through critical appraisal of existing
evidence to: resolve education and nursing practice problems; develop
evidence-based teaching, assessment and evaluation practices, and
disseminate results.
3. Demonstrate the ability to formally and informally assess and evaluate
cognitive, psychomotor, and affective learning.
