Note: The Company reserves the right to modify your compensation structure to include any
other reimbursable expenses as part of your fixed monthly compensation structure, in line with
statuary obligations from time-to-time. In any case, all liability towards your personal income
tax and professional tax continues to rest with you.
During your employment with the company, you will be under Probation for a period of 3
months. Your confirmation at NewWave will be subject to your satisfactory performance in
the given role.

The Employee, as part of the consideration for the training efforts and costs involved, agreed
to sign a commitment for not leaving the services of the Company for a minimum period of
Two years from the date of his/her joining the services of the Company

In case, you are employed through the services of a Placement Agency / Consultant or paid any
Bonus at the time of your joining, you are required to successfully serve in the company for a
minimum period of 12 months from the date of appointment. In the event of discontinuation of
service either voluntarily or by the Company before the said period, the amount charged by the
Placement Agency / Consultant by way of professional charges & any other Bonus paid to you
towards the cost of recruitment, will be recovered from you.

You are directed to report for duty at 10.00 HRS on 09.10.2017 with the following documents
to complete your HR Formalities.

• Four Passport size recent photographs


• Xerox copies of Certificates and testimonials along with the original for our verification
• Xerox copy of our Motor Vehicle Driving License
• Relieving Letter from your present employer
• Address Proof (Driving License, Telephone Bill)

Kindly acknowledge a copy of this offer letter as a token of your acceptance. We look forward
