A copy of booking receipt without QR code is sent to your email account.


As an alternative, you can check your "Purchase History" to get your booking receipt with QR Code and click on
"Reprint Boarding Code".
If the ticket holder is departing from TBS, please print or screen capture the booking receipt to be scanned at
Automatic Control Gate (ACG) and show your booking receipt with QR Code to the on-duty staff at Boarding
Gate.
If the ticket holder is departing ELSEWHERE OUTSIDE of TBS, please print out the whole booking receipt. You
may need to redeem your bus ticket at the bus operator's ticket counter before boarding your bus at the
terminal.
