About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Research company performance and deep-dive into underlying reasons for outlier performance. Normalize
one-off cases and uncover any deal breaking issues.
2. Detailed research on CEOs of industry leading companies to understand their thought leadership, personal
leadership style, social impact, passions etc
3.Apply first principles critical thinking to synthesize the research into actionable and compelling insights. We
expect any applicants to be able to ensure a first level quality check on their research themselves since this
internship will have limited supervision.
PS: Comfort with excel pivots, formulae, power point slide making is mandatory. Advanced powerpoint / excel
(viz. named ranges) skills is desirable.

2. can start the internship on 18th Mar'19 – this is non-negotiable
3. are available for duration of 6 weeks
4. are from Gurgaon and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests

Question 1: Why should you be hired for this internship?
Question 2: Are you available for 6 weeks, starting immediately, for a full time internship at Gurgaon? Please
apply only if you can.
Question 3: Please narrate an instance where you demonstrated entrepreneurial energy, working in a solitary
capacity on a long project at the back end, with limited client interface, and yet delivered excellent results.
Question 4: Please share URL / evidence of work output - large research reports that you may have created which
can evidence your ability to work with large analyses and data sets and create long coherent storylines. Similarly,
if you can share complex excel models (scrubbed for private data) as evidence of your excel comfort - that will be
appreciated.
