Details of Christ's Crucifixion

The HUMSS and Gas Department at a school will have its annual celebration on March 20th. Some students from the debating team need to be excused from classes on March 12th from 1pm onwards for an elimination round. The letter is asking teachers to excuse these students from classes and any activities on that day to allow them to participate in the debating competition, with the option to make up any missed work.

Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ!

Dear Teachers

The HUMSS and Gas Department would have its 2nd year Department celebration on 20 March 2018 and
a number of your students are participants of the debating team that would have to undergo an
elimination round today 12 March 2018 from 1pm onwards.

In relation to this, I humbly beg your indulgence to please excuse the following students from your class
and if it would prejudice any quiz or activity that they are supposed to perform, It is my humble prayer
that they be granted consideration to cope up.

Thank you very much for your indulgence and may God bless you!

Sincerely yours,

Rev. Ferdinand R. Villanueva Sr.
