MY SHS WORK IMMERSION COMMITMENT

I, Kristalyn K. Villamor, a Grade 11 student taking up Humanities and Social Sciences


Strand under Academic Track at Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo High School located at
Bonny Serrano Road, Murphy, Quezon City express my earnest commitment to perform the
following duties and responsibilities in your respected organization in line with my SHS Work
immersion Experience:
To arrive and leave on-time depending on or prescribed schedule.
To abide by the rules and regulations and mandated in the Memorandum of Agreement
(MOA)
To be honest at all times.
To exhibit good manners and right conduct at all times; and
To complete the prescribed number of work immersion hours.

I am unfathomably indebted to our SHS Work Immersion Partner Site for they allowed
me to engage in their good office in partial completion of the requirements mandated by the
Department of Education in line with the K to 12 Senior High School Program. Hence, I pledge
to do my best in return to their goodness.
