SIR/MADAME:

The Department of Education (DepED) will conduct the 2019 BRIGADA ESKWELA from MAY 20-25, 2019
with the Theme: Matatag na Bayan Para sa Maunlad na Paaralan. The Brigada Eskwela is the National
Schools Maintenance Week that aims to bring together all education stakeholders to participate and
contribute their time, effort and resources to prepare public school facilities for the opening of the
school year in June.

Any donations that could be of great help to the school in attaining the goal of BRIGADA ESKWELA
shall be highly appreciated. Below are list of priority projects for the upcoming school year. Kindly tick
the box(es) that you wish to share and donate:

Paint (Roofing Paint- Baguio Green, Temptation Green- Enamel, Happy Days-Enamel or any
Colored enamel paints,)
Painting Materials (Roller Brush, Paint Brushes, Paint Thinners, etc.)
Plumbing Materials (Faucets)
Electrical Materials (50 watt LED bulbs)
Carpentry & Masonry Materials (Def Bar, hallow blocks and cement for School Drainage)
Cleaning Materials (Brooms, Trash Bins, Dust Pans, mops, pails)
LED Television (at least 32”)

Cash or in kind donations is also of great help and will assuredly go very long way.

Your assistance will be ackowledged during our HCS Alumni Homecoming through a Video
Presentation. Your positive response to this humble request is modestly prayed. Thank you very much.
