Assignment 1

Poem Recital (15%)

i. In groups, you need to recite the assigned poem with the right intonation, pitch
and rhythm.

ii. You need to have the appropriate props, costume and make up used during the
recital.

iii. The whole class need to imitate and follow your recital.

* An additional of 5% will be awarded for the most impressive recital

Micro Teaching (15%)

i. In pairs, conduct a micro-teaching using the LP prepared in Assignment 2 (30


minutes) for any set of these stages:

a. Set Induction, Pre-Stage and While-Stage

b. While-Stage, Post-Stage and Closure

* An additional of 5% will be awarded for the most impressive micro-teaching
