Call - Ins

1. The person assigned a call in will get first choice on a pickup. If you cannot take
the call in you can trade that week to another team owner that has not had a call
in.

2. Once you make a pickup you must wait 15 minutes before you can make your
second choice.

3. Team owners should set their weekly lineup on the computer or call in their
weekly lineup to the person assigned call ins. If we do not hear from you, it will
be a roster ride from your previous weeks lineup set on the computer. If you
started a position on Sunday, and that position has a game the following Thursday
or Saturday change it on the computer or contact me at 989-1614 it will be a ride.

4. If you want to start a position in a game during the week, you should set it on the
computer or contact me at 989-1614. 440-989-6034

5. To make a pickup you must contact the person assigned the call in for all games.

6. You can cut a position on Sunday, if you did not start them in a game during the
week.

7. You are allowed 2 pickups per week. Once you hang the phone up on any
transaction, it is a done deal.

8. All positions cut during a call in cannot be picked up until the following week.

9. You can pickup a position on Sunday even if they played already in a game
earlier during the same week.

Draft Day

1. If a team owner cannot make the draft, they should have a representative pick
their team. A team owner cannot draft for another team owners team. If you
should be late to the draft, you will have to wait until the end of the draft to make
up your missed picks.

2. All team owners should provide their own cheat sheets and materials. Franchise
fee will be $10.00

3. Your 2006 team will have only 12 positions on it.

4. All players selected must be on a NFL. Team roster.

Franchise Players

1. You have to option to keep one position from last year’s team that was on your
team roster at the end of the regular season (14 games). You can only keep this
position for one year and he becomes a free agent for draft day in the next year.

2. Franchise Players These players that you keep must also be listed to
the Commissioner before the 16th August deadline 12:00 Midnight
Keith will E-mail who your franchise player will be the next day to
every team owner.

3. If you keep a Player from the previous year you will lose this years draft pick
from the round that position was picked from the year before. (Example – In the
draft for 2000 Ken picked Kurt Warner in round one so Ken say’s on draft day he
wants to keep Kurt Warner so he will loose this years round one draft pick.)

3. All free agents picked up after draft day that you want to keep, as a Franchise
player will take your sixth. Round pick.

Game Day

1. Please set your starting lineups on Home Grown Sports. Contact the person
assigned the call INS for pickups or roster changes if you have trouble with
computer or last minute changes.

League Assistants

1. If you are leaving town for the weekend set it on the computer, you can also turn
your lineup into Keith during the week. 989-1614. 440-989-6034

2. If you are leaving town or have to work and need to make a pickup send an E-
mail with your positions listed 1 thru 5 to ([email protected]) or call a
league assistant at 989-1614 440-989-6034 who will make that pickup for you if
you are leaving or if you work. Keith owns his own Team so he will have
someone at his home makes your pickup for you.

Pickups

1. Permanent pickups are available from week 1 thru week 14. You must drop a
roster position to make a permanent pickup.

2. Post season pickups can only made if a member from your team has been placed
on a N. F. L. Injured reserve list or they are listed on a N. F. L. injury report. You
must cut that player and replace him with a player playing the same position.
(Example, running back for another running back. ) The position picked up must
play. Post season pickups - ( must be listed questionable, doughtful or
out.

Playoffs

1. The 3 Division Champs along with the 5 best teams based on their season ending
record will qualify for the playoffs.
2. Eight teams will make the playoffs. Division Champs will be seeded 1, 2 and 3.
The schedule for week one will put #1 against #8, #2 against #7, #3 against #6
and #4 against #5. The four winners advance into round 2 with the best team
playing the worst team, the second best team will play the third best team. The 2
winners will go to the Super Bowl.

Game Day Roster

1. You must have 1 Quarterback, 1 Kicker and 1 Team defense on your team.

Scoring

1. Offensive points. A pass for a touchdown = 4 points.


A run or a reception for a touchdown = 6 points.

2 points for a 2 Point Conversion. Includes a pass, run or reception. )


Extra point = 1 point.
Field goal = 3 points

A reception by a running back or a receiver = 1 point.

2. Defensive points. A sack = 1 point.


A safety, fumble recovery or an interception = Scoring A safety = 5 points.
10 points if your teams defense shuts another team out. (Example
Detroit 24 Dallas 0. )
A defensive touchdown by a blocked kick, return, recovery, interception or a
fumble recovery = 6 points.

Starting Lineup Offensive Formations

1. You can use one of these three formations in your starting lineup.

Run and Shoot = 1 back and 4 receivers.

Pro Set = 2 running backs and three receivers.

Three Back = 3 running backs and 2 receivers.

Ties

1. If a regular season game ends in a tie it will remain a tie.

4. Tie breaker for a playoff game will be the order of your starting lineup. You will
list them 1 thru 8 and the first one to score or has the most point’s wins.

Trades

1. A trade will become official when one of the parties involved in the trade notifies
the commissioner and verifies the terms of the trade.

2. The commissioner will not allow any trade that is agreed upon and whose
intended purpose is to strengthen one team at the expense of the other team.

3. There are no limits on how many times you make a trade. November 1st will be
the last day you can make a trade.

4. All trades made must remain on your roster for at least one week.

Coach of the year must be given by each coach before the


kickoff of the last regular game.
