This document provides instructions and links for downloading audio, video and PDF files from Lucidology 101, Lucidology 102 and additional content from saltcube.com. It includes overviews of the file contents and sections within Lucidology 102 to help users know which files to access first. Redundant files are included in an EXTRA folder but are not required to get the full Lucidology 102 content. Mac users should download MOV files instead of WMV files. Bonus content from original saltcube videos is also included.

I have included all the video, audio, and PDF files available from Lucidology 102
as of May 30th, 2010.
There are several redundant files, most of which were moved to EXTRA/.
Because of this, you do NOT need to download the EXTRA folder to get all of L102.
That folder is 867 MBs of redundancies. However, it includes the .mov formats.
If you use a mac, Download the .mov files from EXTRA/ instead of the normal .wmv
files.
There are only two videos that are in wmv and mov format. The remaining videos are
all .mpg

The other 9 zip files in EXTRA are included in /Lucidology 102/Section2/lucidology-


102-videos-www-lucidology-com.zip
I am including them ONLY for the purpose of having a complete collection of ALL
files. They were available on the
members section of Lucidology 102, for those who could not download the files in
bulk.

I have also included all of the content from L101, including the HTML page for
external links.
In order to know which files to use/open first, you can use the HTML file in L102,
search them
and find the file names, then open those, Or use the list below.

As a bonus, I have also included the ORIGINAL saltcube videos, from back when
Nicholas Newport called himself
Matt Jones. It is included as ./how-to-lucid-dream-saltcube.com-videos.zip
