Noting Teaching and Learning Strategies: Task 3

This document outlines teaching strategies for math lessons over 5 weeks. It provides the learning outcome and teaching strategy for each day. Strategies include using place value mats, decimal sticks, fraction flowers, money, and base ten blocks to teach concepts like place value, decimals, fractions, rounding, and addition. Other strategies incorporate hundred charts, number lines, and properties of operations to teach estimating, adding, and subtracting decimals. Later weeks focus on geometry concepts like lines, symmetry, and 3D shapes using materials like wheels and playdough. Volume is taught using math blocks and models. Line graphs are constructed using data and different line types.
