 RESPONSIBILITIES
 Conduct daily toolbox talk meeting.
 Coordinate with HSE officers.
 Inspection the necessary work permits whenever being the job.
 Make monthly inspection of moving equipment and fire extinguisher, ladders etc.
 Checking of proper PPE’s of employees.
 Inspection of firefighting equipment.
 Make sure firefighting equipment are colour coded.
 Daily inspection of crane and scaffolding.
 Body harness and high elevation works, working platforms, lifting equipment’s and

rigging procedure.
 Check body harness before use, is it colour coded and able to use.
 Follow the working at height rules.
 Make sure scaffolds are proper tagged.
 Monthly inspection of firefighting equipment.
 Checking of Hot work permit, Confined space entry permit, excavation work permit,

lifting work permit, radio Graph work permit and vehicles entry work permit etc.
 Check safety requirements during lifting activities.
 Inspection of lifting equipment and colour codes.
 Monitoring of Gas test to prevent accident and fire.
 Make sure fire watch man, confined space entry man, Crane operators and riggers

are trained and certified.


 Make sure MSDS is readily available with chemicals.
 Follow JSA procedure before start the job.

 Identification of electrical hazards, confined space hazards, mechanical hazards, etc.
 Inspection of electrical equipment like, compressor, generators, welding machine etc.
 Inspect that hand tools and power tools are being used with proper safety.
 Fulfill all safety requirements for employees depending upon the job.
 Manage and inspection of heat stress shelters to avoid radiant sun light and Smoking

shelters for smokers to avoid fire hazards.


 Make sure housekeeping is being maintained.
 Taking disciplinary action against employees for carelessness.
 Prepared daily weekly monthly safety reports.
 Create an accident and incident free environment.
