Role and key activities
 Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to
ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with plans,
designs and specifications.
 Review and check IPC/FPCs (Interim/Final Payments Certifies)
submitted by the contractor through consultant.
 Establish short range and mid-range programs with Project Planner.
 Review of Activity Method Statements and Construction Methodology.
 Ensure the quality management process and checking relative to the
role.
 Review design drawings submitted by consultant.
 Review material testing lab reports, shop drawings, structural drawings
and reinforcement bar bending schedules submitted by the contractor
through consultant.
 Monitor construction progress for adherence to program and report to
the Technical Manager on daily basis.
 Review Monthly Progress Report submitted by the consultant.
 Make sure the compliance of Health, Safety as Environmental manual.
 Interpret/coordinate the design for implementation.
 Undertake quantitative and qualitative safety, environment and quality
risk assessment to ensure acceptable quality of structures and finishes
 Overseeing site meetings as and when required, preparing agenda and
points to be discussed in meeting and preparation of meeting minutes.
