Subject: PMI Works - Unacceptable Slow Progress

Dear Mohamed,

We are writing this letter to inform PMI that Building 1 baseline Schedule that has been submitted showing a
completion date of 30, May 2019 for both Elevations No. 3 & 4 can't be achieved. Furthermore, if we set a
cutoff date of today 08/05/2019 and compare the progress of installation activities versus the baseline we
will conclude that all the activities are still in progress. However, the activities highlighted with blue at both
elevations as in Fig. 1 supposed to be completed on 18/04/2019 with a total delay period exceeding 70 days.

It is obvious that you will not be able to complete the milestone within the agreed time for completion due
to the below list of observations:

 Delay in supplying remaining material.

o Supply & installation of Brackets with total delay of 70 days.
 Lack of manpower.
o Installation of mullion & transom with total delay of 63 days.
o Installation of glass with total delay of 36 days.
o Finishing works with total delay of 20 days.

Please not that our consent of your construction schedule does not relieve you of any of your contractual
responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy or feasibility of the Construction Schedule, or of your ability to
meet the Time for Completion or milestone dates that you have committed to us, nor does such consent
acknowledge or admit the reasonableness of the activities, logic, duration, manpower, cost, or equipment
loading of your Construction Schedule.

Please expedite the submission of:

I. The detailed narrative of the measures you will take and methodologies you will use to expedite the
work ensuring that executed work will meet contractual quality requirements and will be performed
in a safe pollution free environment; and
II. Details of human resources [labor histograms] that you will employ to complete the activities within
their scheduled duration to achieve a timely project completion.
