I. RATIONALE

Section 16: The General Welfare Clause of the Local Government Code of 1991 mandates that local government units shall
within their territorial jurisdictions, promote health and safety, improve public morale, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort
and convenience of their inhabitants.

Relative to the above, there is a need to improve further the capability of officials in leading their community and be able to
implement projects/programs/activity that would really address the needs of the citizens.

II. OBJECTIVE

This project/program/activity aims refresh the officials’ duties and functions, improve technical knowledge in
creating/proposing/implementing programs/projects.

III. PARTICIPANTS

The target participants of this project/activity are the Sk Officials of Barangay Insik, Sison, Pangasinan.

IV. DATE & VENUE

This activity shall be conducted on _______________, ____AM/PM at Gymnasium, Bantay Insik, Sison, Pangasinan

V. SOURCE OF FUNDS

The source of this fund is from SK Budget 2019.
