1. Collect your card from the concerned department after 15 days. Date of form submission:
2. In case of loss of identity card, report immediately to the Students Section
and nearest Police Station.
3. Rs. 200/- is charged for the duplicate card. You have to resubmit the form in
the Students Section alongwith Police Report.
4. After completion of your degree return the card to the Students Section.
