2) Aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics in the Entrance Test

3) Marks in Mathematics in the Entrance Test

4) Age of the Candidate, the elder candidate is ranked higher than the younger candidate
Instructions to the Candidates

ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES AND TWO SETS OF PHOTOCOPIES OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO BE FURNISHED
COMPULSORILY AT THE TIME OF DOCUMENT VERIFICATION .
(MAKE ENOUGH PHOTOCOPIES OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS).
This list is only indicative. Please refer counselling process document and www.comedk.org for updated list of
documents required at the time of document verication.

1. Valid Photo ID proof of the candidate in original, as was produced at the time of examination.

2. One of the valid photo ID proof of the Parent/Guardian accompanying the candidate for the counseling in original,
details would be enlisted in the counseling process document.

3. COMEDK UGET -2019 TAT Card (Printed ONLINE COPY which was produced at the time of entrance Test on 12/05/2019
with invigilator’s signature.

4. COMEDK UGET – 2019 Rank/Score Card (Printed ONLINE COPY from COMEDK Website)

5. SSLC or 10th STD Marks card, Passing certicate or transfer certicate for the proof of Date of Birth.

6. 12th STD/ II PUC Marks Card (Should satisfy eligibility criteria). Note: Duplicate marks card will not be accepted.

7. Candidates who have claimed reservation categories like SC,ST and OBC of Karnataka would only be considered for lower
eligibility norms as mentioned in brochure.Candidates belonging to Minority (Religious/ Linguistic) at the time of making the
application alone would be considered for the said categories subject to them, producing the below mentioned certicates,
procured in their name. No change in the category/Minority is permissible at this stage.

Ÿ SC/ST: Caste certicate issued by Tahsildar or higher revenue jurisdictional authority authorized to issue such a certicate.
Ÿ OBC: Category I, IIA,IIB,IIIA,IIIB,:As Notied by Karnataka Govt. Caste and Income Certicate issued By Tahsildar or higher
revenue jurisdiction authority authorized to issue such certicate.
Ÿ MINORITY: Religious(Christian)Minority of (Karnataka and non Karnataka) & Linguistic (Tulu) Minority Candidates of
Karnataka to Produce Certicate as per instructions in brochure and counseling document

** Those who claim reservation under Hyderabad-Karnataka region quota should like – wise produce the Prescribed eligibility
Certicate in this behalf as indicated in the counseling process document.
