While BIM is currently at an early stage of implementation in the Middle East, the study demonstrates that it is poised for
significant growth. The majority (79%) of respondents currently using BIM expect to be at a high level of implementation
in just two years, and 85% of current non-users are either interested in and/or are actively evaluating BIM. Strong project
and business benefits reported by current BIM users will help drive the market, as will the perception of BIM’s growing
importance to firms seeking to stay competitive.
