A Semi- Detailed Lesson Plan

Physical Development
I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, 100% of the students are expected to master at least 85% of the
following objectives:
A. report/share their authentic experiences regarding the activity;
B. determine their strength and weakness through the rating scale presented;
C. evaluate an outreach program in G7 – Burgos; and
D. value the importance of a plan for their career in the future.

II. Learning Content:


A. Subject Matter: Physical Development
B. Subtopic: Distinguish the various roles of different individuals in society and how
they can influence people through their leadership or fellowship.
C. Reference: Personal Development Book
D. Materials: Books, instructional materials (laptop/LCD Projector)
E. Time Frame: 50 minutes

III. Learning Experience:


A. Preparatory Activity
- Prayer
- Greetings
- Arranging of chairs
- Checking of Attendance

B. Review of Past Lesson


- Some students will be called randomly and be question of what was the lesson that
was tackled yesterday.

C. Motivation
- Presentation of the rating scale
- Interpretation of the score
- Evaluate the areas that needs improvement and areas that are excellent

D. Application
The group who conducted the activity will be requested to stand in front and must
answer the following questions:
- What are your major preparations before conducting this activity?
- Are there any difficulties you have encounter upon having this preparation? If there
is any, what are those? How did you manage to conquer these things?
- What areas do you think you need improvement on? How do you think you will go
about improving them? Give concrete examples.
- What skills would you like to learn, acquire or develop further?
- What are your thoughts/feelings and realizations after the activity?
- What are your future plans after the activity? If you will be given a chance to conduct
the same activity to the same group of participants, will you do the same, or not?
