DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

 Engineering Technical assistance in procurement, Supervision in


construction and Commissioning of all HVAC system consisting of Air cooled
Chillers, Package Units, DX-coil based air handling units, ducted split units,
ventilation fans etc.
 Design check for constructability and highly critical design which is not
issued as IFC
 Detailed study of the Scope of the Tender, Drawings, Schedule of
Equipments, Specifications, Quantity take off and Estimation as per the bill
of quantities for tendering purposes.
 Vendor drawing review, follow up with vendors etc.
 Site planning and Supervision of piping & duct erection, equipment set up.
 Monitor sub-contractor activities and quantity survey/work progress,
manpower and equipment for evaluation and recommendation.
 Coordinated and planned activities to Client schedule
 Other functions as directed by Equipment Adviser, Site Manager, and Project
Manager
 Assist QC to check fit-ups of field lines, line tracking and spool identification
and raising RFI at each level.
 Supervising Hydro Test & Light Test activities
 Rectify all punch list items concerning installation and coordinate closely
with client inspectors.
 Ensure implementation of quality control procedure and inspection test plan
(ITP).
 Review and evaluate drawing on plan, isometric and P&ID’s for monitoring
and inspections.
 Conduct inspections on the installation, packages for clearing and
acceptance.
 Promotes total safety awareness in daily basis up to project completion.
 Perform walk down punch list with client, review of all as-built records of
complicated works before final acceptance and hand over to the Client.
 Actively participating with third party during Testing and commissioning of
HVAC system.
 Preparation of appropriate documents for handing over the Project (HVAC
Services)
