1. Connect to the IBM wireless network, then install and use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN with the provided gateway IP and group ID to access the EY network securely. 2. After connecting to the VPN, access the EY Citrix environment through the provided URL. If there are issues, update the host file. 3. To access allowed internet sites like SAP, set the provided proxy IP and port in the browser, but do not use this browser to access Citrix.

Process to connect to the EY Account’s Yellow Wi-Fi Network within IBM Offices

in Bangalore and Hyderabad


PLEASE NOTE: As per IBM guidelines, we should always connect to a VPN via Yellow Wifi to connect to
the client’s network. Using IBM Blue Network for commercial delivery is a process violation.

The existing B Ports on the desks are disabled and WLAN set is now enabled.

Process:
1. Connect to IBM Wireless/IBM A port.
2. Install Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client VPN (if not already installed in workstation).
3. Connect to Cisco AnyConnect VPN using following gateway IP and Group ID.

Gateway IP - 9.182.32.209
Group ID: ONENET-ERNST_YOUNG
Login Credentials will be your IBM W3 ID ([email protected]) and password.

4. After getting connected to Cisco AnyConnect VPN, access customer Citrix environment through
internet browser.

Back Up URL: https://workspace-americas.ey.com

Note : In case of any issue while establishing the connection, please update host file as <145.62.70.69
workspace-emeia.ey.com> and <199.52.13.114 workspace-americas.ey.com> without angular brackets.
Location of host file --> C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

General Internet access is not allowed on this connection. There are certain Internet sites allowed on
this connection especially SAP Sites. Please follow the below steps to be able to access these sites.
Note: Do not access Citrix URL from the same browser where you have set proxy IP and port.

Update proxy and port in browser to access internet based sites.
